Yes. Sessions are scheduled in advance and we work around shift patterns. Online format means no travel or coordination overhead.
We assess participants before the programme starts and group them by level. Mixed-level groups don’t work well – we avoid them.
English only. The goal is to build confidence communicating in English – sessions in another language would defeat the purpose.
We build in checkpoints throughout the programme. You’ll see the difference in how your team handles real situations. A progress summary is available at the end of each phase.
We start with a limited phase. You evaluate results before continuing. No long-term commitment is required upfront – that’s intentional.
Yes. We’re EU-based and work fully online. Location is not a limitation.
